• 6,500 square foot warehouse decommission in New Jersey.
• The scope was to move all warehouse and IT equipment, move all equipment to storage, and restore the warehouse to existing condition.
• Bid, leveled, recommended and awarded general contractor, mover and specialized fan vendor.
• Conducted weekly site visits to monitor progress.

• Vendor bidding and management for Architect/Expediter, General Contractor, Mover, IT, AV, and Security.

• Conducted weekly site visits to monitor construction and daily site visits as needed to ensure project completion.
• The scope included a 50,000 lb security vault that needed extra structural support.

• Construction done in two phases.
• Coordinated with an out of state client and designer.

• Conducted weekly site visits to support the landlord’s build-out and coordinate SISTER’s vendors.
• Provide recurring Facilities Management Services.

• The project involved 3 separate phases of an interior renovation of approximately 25,000 total square feet across 2 floors.
• Bid, leveled, recommended, and awarded general contractor, low voltage, AV, furniture, pantry, and signage vendors.
• Developed entire furniture catalog based off budget and schedule constraints.
• Liaised with the Landlord on issues involving the roof.
• Conducted weekly site visits to monitor progress and developed programming for on-going facilities maintenance.
