The scope was to move all warehouse and IT equipment, move all equipment to storage, and restore the warehouse to existing condition.
Bid, leveled, recommended and awarded general contractor, mover and specialized fan vendor.
Conducted weekly site visits to monitor progress.

The scope included a 50,000 lb security vault that needed extra structural support.

Developed entire furniture catalog based off budget and schedule constraints.
Liaised with the Landlord on issues involving the roof.
Conducted weekly site visits to monitor progress and developed programming for on-going facilities maintenance.
